Get My Proven DIY SEO System For $17
Subject: The DIY SEO System That Works
Dear Website Owner,
As you read this bear in mind that I’m not some internet website Guru. I’m just an average guy who has figured out a little about website SEO.
You originally started your blog to make money. Now the website is just sitting there, kind of taking up space online and taking money out of your pocket every month. Been there, done that. For example, my aquarium blog has been around since 2019. I work on it for a while, then set it aside (again!).
About a year ago I started teaching myself SEO by watching hundreds of hours of YouTube videos. I then developed my own DIY SEO system—a simple system that almost anyone could use. I tried it and it worked.
I’m Don Glasgow. I’m based in St. George, Utah (U.S.), and I own/run PlantedAquariumExpert.com.
I’ve created a system called: DIY SEO For People Like You and Me.
And here’s the kicker: the system is only $17.
Before you dismiss this, here are a few of my results (I use Bing search for this snapshot because I believe Google currently relies too heavily on A.I. and sponsored ads):
- #4 for Chinese Algae Eater Care (plantedaquariumexpert.com/chinese-algae-eater)
- #1 for Rosette Sword Plant (plantedaquariumexpert.com/rosette-sword)
- #1 for What to Feed Your Chinese Algae Eater (plantedaquariumexpert.com/feed-chinese-algae-eaters)
- #6 for How to Care for Discus (a very competitive keyword phrase!) (plantedaquariumexpert.com/discus-fish)
- #2 for Worst Aquarium Plants (sometimes #1—I just need to polish this page a bit 🙃) (plantedaquariumexpert.com/worst-aquarium-plants)
You get the idea. I know how to rank, and I’m really good at everyday SEO. Good enough that I can make SEO simple for real people, like you and me, to understand and impliment.
Right now, the system is still being modified but I’m ready to share what I have.

SEO Checklist Example
Here’s a portion of what I have: (section 10 out of 31 sections)
10. Change Your Article Title:
If your article title is drab, ask an A.I. to create a new more interesting title. I also look on YouTube at the videos with the most views to get title ideas.
A.I. example:
Old title: Golden Retriever Puppy Care
A.I. prompt after pasting in your boring article and asking for a better title:
“Here is the current title I have for my article. Give me a title for my article that is more interesting. Provide 3 more interesting title options for this article.”
Here is what ChatGPT came up with for a few potential new titles:
-
- Golden Retriever Puppy Care: Raise a Happy, Healthy Pup
- Caring for a Golden Retriever Puppy: Tips for New Owners
- Golden Retriever Puppy Guide: Feeding, Training & Health

P.S. Case Study – “Chinese Algae Eater Care” Article
I run a fishkeeping blog at plantedaquariumexpert.com. In December 2024, I published an article on Chinese Algae Eater care. It flopped—Google ranked it #44 out of 55 pages on my site, and visitors stayed on the page for just 25 seconds.
Then, I rewrote the article using my checklist and republished it on September 13, 2025. Here’s what happened:
- Search impressions increased by 250%.
- Average time on page increased slightly (still need to work on that).
- Bing ranked it #7 before redesigning; that jumped to #3 after the redesign.
- Google Analytics moved it up to #5 out of the 55 pages on my site (previously it was #44).
Has every redo produced the same results? Nope. I would say 80% do see significant improvements.
