My Top 3 Steps To Have Healthy Fish and A Healthy Aquarium

healthy aquarium

The only 3 things you need to do to have healthy fish and a healthy aquarium

I will tell you how to really keep your fish alive and healthy or you can turn your aquarium into a show piece if that’s what you want. Would you like a tank full of huge, beautiful healthy discus? An aquarium filled with plants and healthy, spawning Cardinal Tetras? You just have to do everything I am going to suggest.

Aquarium Plants

Here is what I do and it really works, month-after-month and year-after-year.

By the way if you want a beautiful planted aquarium, do the following but get your plants brightly lit for 6 hours a day.

1. I do 20% water changes every week religiously.

I use 100% reverse osmosis water. I’m not sure tap water is safe. I do know that most (all?) tap water has chlorine or chloraimine in it to kill bacteria. Unfortunatly these chemicals also kill fish. I don’t want my fish swimming around in this environment even if it is treated.

2. I use Fluval 207 cannister filters on my two tanks.

I super clean the water constantly. Any high quality cannister filter will do.

3. I use high quality UV sterilizers

These are always on to kill pathogens and parasites. They’re hooked up to the Fluval 207’s. They are on all the time.

That’s it.

It’s super simple and quick. The results speak for themselves as you can see in the pictures I’ve taken of my aquariums (below).

My Experience With Making Money Doing  an Online Interview.

I made $60 for a 1 hour interview.

A while back I participated in an online video interview. It took less than an hour, and I received a $60 Amazon gift card. The company I signed up with (Respondent) has tons of different surveys and interviews to choose from. You can only be paid with gift cards, but honestly, I got some good stuff from Amazon for an hour of my time.

It’s easy, and if you choose well, it pays well. You make money, and if you complete $75 in surveys, I’ll also earn a little ($20). Win win for both of us.

Here are some of the surveys available as I write this:

  • Snack food interview — 23 minutes — $30

  • Work in e-commerce? — 20 minutes — $100

  • Content creators — 60 minutes — $100
